Events and Room Hire

Here at the Pulteney Centre, we have a variety of rooms and offices available for hire to meet your needs, with a range of equipment available for your use as well as the option of catering.

Brainstorm with colleagues, hold training sessions, private or community events or hangout with friends. Our meeting spaces can be booked by the hour or day.  If you would like to host your event at the Centre please complete an enquiry form, we will review our availability and get back to you within one business day.

Our Rooms

Smith Function Room

Our Function Room holds a capacity of 30-50 people with the flexibility of your preferred layout including Conference Style, U-Shaped, Theatre Style, Classroom Style or Banquet Style. ideal for your hire needs.

Northcote Suite

Our Training Suite is set out in boardroom style with a built in clevertouch screen for presenting and video conferencing. This room is perfect for training days with a capacity of 20 people.

Breadalbane Hall

Our Hall is multifunctional with access to bleacher seating and a podium with the capacity to hold up to 120 people. This space is perfect for your large events.
This space can also transform in to a sports hall for different events such as football, rugby, basketball, bowls, badminton, as well as fitness or circuit classes.

Shilling Hangout Room

Our Hangout room is a more relaxed space with access to a pool table, darts board, musical instruments and ping pong, great for social hangout events.

Roxburgh Art Room

Our Art room is a great creative space that holds a capacity of 15-18 people.

Huddart and Bexley Suite

Our two smaller meeting rooms are available for Office hire or one off bookings. They hold a maximum capacity of 4-6 people and are ideal for smaller meetings or office rental space.
