Terms and Conditions(Required)

We ask that you read and understand these Terms and Conditions of hire before making your booking:

General
 Clients arriving early cannot be guaranteed immediate access to meeting rooms.
 Any client equipment being left on the premises must be stored in the designated storage space. If equipment or other items belonging to groups is left contrary to the above we reserve the right to remove or dispose of such items or equipment at our discretion.

Recurring Bookings
 Specify start and end dates and include details of any breaks (i.e. when room is NOT required, e.g. for holidays)

Confirmation of Booking
 Bookings will only be deemed to be confirmed by Pulteney Centre after a completed, signed booking form has been returned.

Cancellations
 Bookings cancelled more than 7 days from the hire date will not incur a cancellation fee.
 Booking cancellations received 48 hours and up to 7 days from the hire date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
 Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the hire date will be charged in full.

Charges and Payment
 Additional charges may apply for bookings out with normal centre hours; however you will be advised of this at the time of booking.
 Should the meeting/event over run from the time stated at booking this will be charged additionally at the relevant hourly rate.
 All IT equipment in the suite is part of booking, any stationery requirements, including photocopying, other than 1 flip chart and pens, is charged accordingly.
 Costs quoted are exclusive of VAT.
 Clients may pay on the day of their booking. Alternatively an invoice will be sent out, payment of which is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
 Payment for recurring lets will be invoiced monthly and paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

Safety & Security
 Pulteney Centre accepts no liability for unattended personal belongings or equipment.
 Visitors must observe local emergency and security procedures.
 The client is responsible for the safety, security and conduct of their guests on our premises.
 There are notices regarding Fire Regulations in every room and it is the responsibility of the meeting/event organiser to provide this information to delegates, and to nominate a competent person to take charge in case of Fire.
 Fire Doors MUST remain unobstructed.

Damages
 Signs, displays or posters may not be affixed to the fabric of the venue without the prior consent of Pulteney Centre.
 Breakages and spillages must be reported before the client leaves our premises. Accidental damages must be paid for by the client.
 Excepting washing up, the room must be left as it was found. Failure to do so may incur cleaning charges.

Car Parking
 Free car parking is available, although spaces cannot be guaranteed.
