Are you a kind, caring leader with experience in the childcare sector? We’re looking for someone special to join our team!
As our Childcare Manager, you’ll:
Lead and support the day-to-day running of our Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) service Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in practice
Identify and support staff training and development Manage resources, staffing, and budgets effectively Ensure full compliance with SSSC and Care Inspectorate standards Work closely with families and external partners to deliver the best outcomes for children Oversee quality assurance, documentation, and inspection readiness
