Homelink Support Worker
30 and 25 hour permanent positions available
Key Responsibilities:

Support to maintain tenancy
Promote health and well-being
Keep informative records all whilst working within the parameter of our policies
We have a diverse client base which covers a wide age range within the Community with the following support needs: criminal justice, recovery community, neurodiversity and learning difficulties. A Driving License is required in order to commute to and from clients around the area.
